The hotel location was good and on a main road. This meant noise from the street and a lot of honking. On the other hand, the hotel staff didn't clean the room daily or any other time. Front desk doesn't answer the phone, ever. No breakfast buffet as stated on the hotel offerings. Only room service for food orders. No iron in the room. Only one set of towels and never changed during my 5 day stay. I ran out of toilet paper and had to look for more.
