Bathrooms could use some upgrades. Otherwise very comfortable beds n pillows. They had made a tent for our kids in the rooms..kids loved it. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. They had the perfect mindset to treat their guest like Royalties.

Conrad is fantastic and offers also value for money for the level of luxury you get. Would gladly stay there anytime.
