The room was a little small, but what really made our stay was the front desk staff. The lady at the front was absolutely amazing, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again because of the wonderful service and hospitality!

Well placed hotel in a secluded area but very close to everything Provenza and Lleras Park within minutes easy walk…Very quiet and excellent staff…Perfect across the board for the exception of my reservation in the beginning…I had two separate rooms reserved but they only recognized one room and we had to stay at a different hotel for the first night until Expedia communicated with them and straightened out everything…make sure to communicate with hotel if you have two rooms so you won’t have the same issue…other than this, perfect !

The staff provided excellent customer service and made sure I was taken care of throughout my visit. My only critique is the noise level — it was louder than expected, which affected the overall experience. Still, the service itself was outstanding.

Nice hotel and conveniently located for a leisure weekend. Not recommended if you are on business as there are no wardrobes in the room. The lack of windows in the room might feel you uncomfortable. Staff were really nice and attentive and very helpful.

Staff was amazing and great location however they have an additional guess policy that was not discussed on the site but after checking in. The fee is 200,000 COP which is $54 US for each guess that comes to the room which can add up very quickly. The Double room is very tight and would recommend upgrading to another room for the additional space if required
