This Hotel is definitely walking distance to Provenza and restaurants but I highly suggest you Uber to places. You’ll be around very steep hills if you are walking be ready for a workout. Other than that this hotel charges around $20 for a pass to bring a single guest to your room.

I really love this place more than I expected. It’s not super luxurious at all and very basic but it’s maintained in a way that makes you feel like you’re in a higher Class Hotel. The staff also make you feel like you’re in a higher Class Hotel at least for me that’s how I was treated. I can imagine if a foreigner comes in feeling entitled, they may not have the same experience. The room was very clean and the towels were super fresh. The gym is very very minimal but a good space to work out.

Attentive staff

Service was great, staff was super friendly and always ready to help or very attentive. One negative thing that I would say it’s very close to the Main Street but on an up hill. So you have to walk up, for some that like walking shouldn’t be a problem but me I don’t . lol but staff and hotel superb !

Very Clean, Very Nice, Lomas 10

Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend that you download Google translator if you are not good with speaking Spanish. Breakfast was enough to satisfy the average person and the chef will cook any of the typical breakfast food like an omelette. One small elevator that everyone has to ride including house keeping so hopefully no more than five ppl will need to go to their rooms at once. I really hope the elevator never need service because walking up several flights will make anyone upset. Room 702 had a broken window latch, which prevented the window from closing. It had a stay cracked the 1 night I spent in the room before the manager offer to change my room. Lobby has music but lacks the inviting vibe. Maybe redecorating the lobby would give it a welcoming vibe. During my stay they closed off dinning area for a special private event for a soccer team. They also closed it another day for a kids bday party. No iron, spotty wifi in Lobby area (which you will need to request at check in the wifi password because they do not volunteer to give it to you) Very Clean Place, in a nice location that's near everything I wanted to see. 5 to 10 minutes cab ride everywhere that we needed to go. With the exception of the airport.

The location is unique .... nice and quiet for a good sleep, with great staff ready to assist you. Provenza (Happiest area in Medellin) is only a 8-10 min walk, enough distance to keep the noise away. Definitely a nice place.

I would like to rate 10 stars to the staff, Camilo, Vanessa, Andres, Marcela and Danilo. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I loved that breakfast was included. I would have enjoyed a hot tub on the property though after coming back from a long day of excursions, but I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much

Very nice quiet small property, good location, very friendly staff ready to assist you in any way they can. They only thing I had a problem with was the wifi. It was very weak and kept dropping constantly. If it wasn't for that I would give 5 stars all around. Recommended for sure!

Tuve una muy buena experiencia. Solo que el piso a veces tenia mucho polvo y la puerta del baño estaba dañada. El personal es excelente, el desayuno es muy rico, lugar muy seguro. No recomiendo caminar hasta provenza a pies pues el camino es oscuro y solitario. Pero en Uber llegas muy rapido.

Tuve una excelente estadía en el Hotel Lomas 10 de Medellín. El hotel es bonito, extremadamente limpio, la atención es excelente, el desayuno es sabroso, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Lo único que se podría mejorar son unos pequeñísimos detalles en la habitación que necesitan ser mantenidos, como un poco de pintura escarchada en la pared. Pero eso realmente no afectó mi estadía para nada. Lo recomiendo 100% y volvería a quedarme allí.
