Medford, Boston hotel rooms at the Red Roof Inn

"The Harborside Inn was great. So happy with our stay. It was convenient. We walked everywhere. I thought about staying in Back bay and I’m so glad I stayed here. Close to Quincy market, north end, the Harbor, the freedom Trail and Boston common. The staff was great. The only thing that would have made it better was coffee/hot water in the room. But the restaurant was always great providing me with hot water for tea. I like the old historical building that’s been updated but retains the brick walls. Unintended bonus was the night before we left they had fireworks on Boston. Harbor and I literally walked out of the hotel and could see them from the street but I walked two blocks to get closer. Overall great stay. "

"A very unique property, but we had a lot of fun. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was excellent. Our room would not be a good place for a family, as it is fairly small, but it was perfect for us! Would definitely stay again. "

"You can’t beat the location and functionality of this hotel. The layout is a little funky with having to take 2 elevators to get to your room but the large common area you get to from the first elevator, great bar/breakfast, rooftop patio and gym make up for any odd elevator situation. The room is a great use of the tiny space and is better suited for a solo traveler or close couple. The iPad control of the room lights, curtains, temp and tv is great and easy. Bed is huge and comfy. These are Tokyo style rooms. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a good stay of 6 days. The rooms were clean and service was good. They have a nice breakfast area which can double up as a sitting area during the day. The water filter is a nice convenience to have in the hotel "

"Super friendly staff. We easily got directions, cold bottles of water upon entering or leaving the hotel if we requested it. The rooms were clean. They kept our luggage for us when we had a late flight and we had a nice clean comfortable cool lobby area to hang out in while we waited. "
