"This is a run of the mill hostel in Pisa. Nice enough with some fun amenities but nothing spectacular. After 28 days in Europe in mostly hostels, it’s middle of the pack. Pros: clean, restaurant on site, check in was quick and easy, fun little area downstairs to meet new people, AC in the room. Cons: expensive for what you get, no quiet curfew so it was loud all night, charges extra for towels, even with AC it was hot and windows wouldn’t open. "

"I had such a good time here. My room was lovely - the view of the piazza was so nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the kitchens and lounge areas were great too! It is in a very good location in Massa. I had such a relaxing few days! I found a new home in Massa - grazie di cuore Ostello Palazzo Nizza. I'll be back! "
