Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und friedlich gelegen; es war dennoch möglich, tagsüber Getränke im Restaurant zu erhalten (10m von unserem Zimmer) oder im Farmladen zu erhalten. Das Baden im Pool und im Fluss (ca. 10 min Fussweg) war bei der Hitze sehr erfrischend und das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage. “The Villa was absolutely wonderful! Clean, comfortable and the hosts/staff could not have been more accomodating and welcoming. Highly recommend this for your stay in Tuscany!”

“Great location, but hotel not maintained well. There was a sewerage smell coming up through drains in the bathroom. If you want extra towels they charge you. They have a pool but don’t provide towels for it. The front desk staff was a bit rude at times. Good you can park there though.”

The food was outstanding in both the restaurants, and the fact that all produce used in the restaurants is sourced from no more than 20 miles away...

“Beautiful villa just a short drive from Lucca. The room was relatively basic but with an incredibly comfortable bed and in quiet surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for an early morning dip before exploring the surrounding hills and town. I would happily stay here again. ”

“Room was clean, view was incredible, parking was none existent, we had to park at a private lot which was 5min walk (no big deal). However, trying to find the hotel was tough. There were vendors and people all around the front door which made us walk pass twice with our phones out. There is a sign, so stay on the sidewalk! ”
