"hated the noisy fan in the heater/cooling unit.....turned it off for the night but it got too cold so had to try sleep with the rattle..... pillows were too firm....awful for the neck parking was pretty tight staff, room, the rest was good"

"The staff were THE FRIENDLIEST I have ever encountered at a hotel. They went out of their way to help. Amazing! And completely made up for the dated bathrooms. Well, almost. They could really use new lighting as well. Not open in winter months, hence no hot tub. But the fire pits were awesome! "

"We stayed in a room in the main lodge, and were lucky to be upgraded to a mountain view. It was lovely - no TV or telephone made it a very relaxing stay. Our room, however, did not have any hot water, so showering or bathing was not possible. We checked out early so there was no one to report this to upon our departure. Aside from this, our stay was lovely. "

"I stayed in a queen loft. It was nice to have that separate area to put kids to bed. Pool and hot tub were great but the flooring around the pool could use some work - getting slippery. Overall would recommend!"
