"We stayed June 27- July 4 2026. The hotel is still under construction past the advertised dates so we can’t review the amenities that aren’t open BUT the part that is complete is great. The staff are fantastic. The kitchenette in our room was well stocked and really functional. The bathroom was clean with good storage. The beds were great. The “new” style of the room design means there is only one rack to hang clothes and some space under the couch to put luggage (no closet or dresser). So if you are staying longer than a day or two just be prepared to live out of suitcases on the floor- not a negative, just a different / newer way they seem to be doing things in the mountains (I hear it is better for cleanliness too) . Also loved the balconies and views! Can’t wait to come back and see it when the renovations are complete."
"The room was very clean and spacious! I liked that they had an air conditioner on already when we arrived as it was very dry and hot outside. It made unpacking our stuff so much more enjoyable. We brought our dog with us and he was given a bed and dog bowls from the staff which was very nice. We used the pool and had lots of fun."
"The hotel is older but well-maintained and rooms were sparkling clean. Location is ideal for exploring downtown Jasper and reaching local sites. Would definitely stay here if I am in Jasper again!"
"The room with kitchenette is located very close to the Eastern entrance of Jasper park and practical to visit the park at an affordable price. I enjoyed my stay and we prepared a few meals as well."
