"The entire experience was a big disappointment and not even close to to being worth the money we had to pay. The bathroom was way too small. The big screen TV was a poor quality black and white picture. There was no place to hang clothes. The only redeeming feature was the bed which was pretty good. We will not be back and will be advising friends to avoid your business."

"I can't recommend Pyramid Lake Lodge highly enough! The rooms are lovely, spacious and very clean. There was plenty of parking, we were able to park almost directly outside of our room. However the main selling point for me was the views. Being able to watch the sunrise over Pyramid Lake was a special experience that we won't forget."

"We had a great time at The Pine Bungalows! It felt like we were staying in a little wood cabin doll house. It was quite spacious and had a personal fire pit outside with a complimentary bag of firewood. The staff was great too. My 4 year old got to go on a treasure hunt organized by the front staff. The groundskeeper was kind and kept us informed re: bear sitings. And, the food! We went to Kumama many times including just for dessert. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is under renovations, so the place was a bit chaotic, but the staff were very nice and helpful. We were very happy with the room we got, which was very nice, new, and clean. Because our room was in the new wing and the elevator there was not yet working, we had to take the elevator near the lobby to the second floor, roll our luggage into the new wing, and carry it up a flight of stairs to get to our room. It was quite a long trek. We expect that the renovations will soon be finished and these issues can be avoided. There was ample parking when we were there. We would recommend the hotel once the renovation is complete and would stay there again."
