"Hot tubs were nice , staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had a ramp outside hotel door due to a change in floor level . Was quite loud when people walked past our room on the ramp and especially when carts and suit cases rolled by . Would definitely want to avoid that in the future . "

"We went in the winter so the lake was frozen but they offered ice skates and dirt bike rentals for free. They also had two outdoor fire pits with chairs around them to sit by the fireside or roast marshmallows. They also provided unlimited free coffee, muffins and apples daily. It was a quiet place to get away!"

"It was a comfortable stdy, the bed was so nice and the linens clean. The only down fall is the shower albeit small for me, it had a really musky smell to it. Other than that it was great. "

"It’s all very new and it all works very well. It’s right in the national park and everything is walkable in Jasper."

"The suite was not very clean... could see lots of dust in bathroom and on curtains... could use a bit of love... the laundry room was great, as well as the play room they have in the main building. Coffee was excellent and games were fun. Its a beautiful place but could really use a lot more cleaning."
