9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,421 reviews)
For a Fairmont hotel, I was surprised how unluxurious it was. There was no doormen upon entering or anyone greeting you when you pull up. I arrived around 9pm on a Friday night and there was one person at the check-in desks. Even the poolside/late night menu at the bar seemed very light. I was just expecting more than what I experienced.
