"Beachfront hotel on the big avenue with lots of restaurants. 15 min walk to train station and shopping mall or 15-20 Dh by taxi in 10 min. Nice and big hotel but very slow the check in process. Recommended and will return ."

"Overall nice clean apartment in good location, although some of surrounding area is a little run down. Don't be fooled by pictures of the kitchen, despite having a gas hob, there is NO gas in the building so the hob does not work!! You will instead have one electric plate which is totally inadequate to cook a decent meal on and which blows the fuses if used with another appliance eg kettle or toaster at the same time. No microwave either! Apartment is okay to stay in for a few days but under equipped for our two week stay. Housekeeping was very good when they came but on the two occasions that we requested it, it took two or three days before they serviced the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants around though, particularly notable was the Clay Oven for a fab Indian meal! Also good for a burger was a nearby takeaway/restaurant "Dawoods""

"Our group from GSH Travel had a wonderful stay at Hilton Tangier City Center. As an international travel group coordinating accommodations and logistics for 11 guests, we truly appreciated how attentive, welcoming, and helpful the team was throughout our time in Tangier. A special thank you to Hanan Ezzabdi and the concierge team for all of their assistance before and during our stay. From organizing our airport and ferry port transportation to sharing thoughtful local recommendations and cultural highlights, the communication and hospitality were excellent from start to finish. The recommendations for museums, markets, local restaurants, and authentic experiences around Tangier were especially appreciated and helped our travelers experience much more of the city beyond the typical tourist attractions. We also loved the suggestions for traditional Moroccan cuisine and exploring the Medina and local souqs. The transportation arrangements for our large group were handled smoothly and professionally, which made our arrivals and departures significantly easier while traveling internationally with multiple guests and luggage. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and very well located, with beautiful views and easy access to the city. Most importantly, the staff made our group feel genuinely welcomed throughout the stay. We would absolutely recommend Hilton Tangier City Center for both individual travelers and group stays visiting Morocco."

"This property is in great location, right next to medina, and this is the biggest positive point for it. Property has nice flowers in the front but the building is extremely old on the inside and outside. When we arrived around 1pm and asked if our room was ready (sometimes this can be the case per my experience tralelling to multiple other countrirs), i was told that it was not (which was Ok), and that a real check in time per Expedia was wrong and it was 3pm, not 2 pm. The receptionist lady mentionrd that service in Morocco is very different from service elsewhere and i should not be expecting too much. Our room was outdated; there was no balcony as the picture showed on Expedia. The room and bed were clean. Towels were so old that they were gray in color and had holes. Safe did not work. The only iron on the property was broken. The gentleman who helped with our bags was very helpful and very nice. The restaurant on the property was good and had a nice view. Taxi service offered in the lobby was 100 dirham in cash paid to the hotel for a 10-minute ride, which i feel like was too much for the distance and time of the driver."
