The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. Nicole in the coffee shop was incredibly nice and our child loved going down every morning to greet her. Marriott Grand Residence Club, Lake Tahoe
The hotel is wonderful from customer service to the presentation. Central convenience to shops and restaurants. The only minus was no fan in the bathroom and gets stuffy. Overall, I would stay again.
