"It wouldve been nice to have extra supplies in the room already rather than have to ask for stuff all the time. Especially over the xmas period. Hand towels should be automatic. It woukd be nice if you provided face washers also. Otherwise everything was lovely. Please update your compendium if you don't provide the contour memory foam pillows any more. "
"One of the most gorgeous, beautiful and luxury hotels I've ever been to. The first thing that hits you when you walk in the great smell of a flowery scent in the air. Then the veautiful palace like stairs and fountains. The staff are supper friendly and helpfull. The bar and their Malba restaurant were fantastic with so many options and varieties. For sure try their chicken club sandwich!"
