“I booked the Superior Sea Room that included breakfast just to be told by the staff after sitting down for breakfast according to their list I chose the self-catering option. As a Gold member I also got a good discount and it was supposedly a VIP property. I contacted the the managing agent via WhatsApp and even after sending him screenshots to show that if I should make another booking that it showed that free breakfast was included. His reaction was that he only looks on the Nightbridge...

“The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the air conditioning/heating system was not working properly, so the room was quite cold.”

“Fantastic location and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Amber on reception was incredibly helpful. The room was magnificent and large with a veranda and incredible view. The bed was comfortable and the resort very quiet. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Seeing the resident springbok and other wild animals that live and roam in the area was such a treat too. Would definitely recommend the Lodge and will stay again.”

“워터프론트에서 제일 좋은 위치에 있는 것 같아요. 호텔방에서 보이는 테이블마운틴은 정말 멋집니다. 관리가 잘되어 있고 호텔 1층 식당도 추천합니다.”

“대체로 훌륭하고 걸어서 queens beach로 나가기에 접근성이 좋았어요. 창 밖으로는 건물에 많이 가리긴 하지만 바닷가가 보이는 뷰였어요. 아침 조식도 대체로 괨찮았어요. 부페식으로 가져다 먹을 수 있고 계란요리는 직접 조리해서 먹을 수 있었어요. 다만, 욕실에 수압이 많이 약해서 샤워하는게 조금 아쉬웠어요. ”
