โThe property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too.
The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. Itโs sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. โ
โGreat staff and hotel! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. My only gripes are the rooftop bar was terrible. Staff was rude and pompous. Then the pool and hot tub are in need of a good cleaning as well. โ
โThe ladies at the front desk are so nice. They made my stay feel comfortable. As a single female I appreciated being put in a room close to the main office. The facility was quiet and conveniently located. โ
โI really like this hotel. Have stayed here a couple other times before and never had any issues. It's always been very clean and quiet and the staff has always been very helpful.
The only downside this time was rhe room that we got didn't have a working AC, but they brought in a portable AC unit and you couldn't even notice that the original one was brokenโ
โWe had a great stay. The young lady at the front desk was super friendly, outgoing & helpful! The room was clean and quite roomy! Breakfast is the usual hotel fare and there's plenty of room for lots of people to eat. โ
โBeen traveling for a year now. Hundreds of motels. This is the closest to like being home. Very comfortable. Daughter brought some food over so we could have dinner. Went downstairs and they gave me a box full of plates and bowls and cups and all the things we needed. The front desk people are amazingly kind and helpful.โ
