Staff was nice, very accommodating, switched rooms for us twice to get us the room we needed. Unfortunately, the advertised available indoor pool is closed long term, and worse yet, the advertised indoor jacuzzi is also closed long term, and has been for a substantial amount of time, yet both are still advertised as available, actually this is quite deceptive. Breakfast is decent, but coffee machine failed to work properly at all during our entire two night stay.
