"There just are not enough stars available to accurately rate how wonderful this property is. Very good location in Santa Ana, close to stores, restaurants etc, about 20 minutes to airport. Pool was lovely, sunset views from the fire pit are amazing. Laundry is on premises and the staff was friendly and able to answer my questions in English and understand my broken Spanish. "They pay attention to detail for the apartment, feels like going home, the host always answers the messages. I checked in after midnight and she answered every message as I got confused with the code to enter the property. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment has everything that any person could ask for. Also outside the apartment there's a coffee machine that makes all kind of coffee."

"Not a pleasant arrival. No email 24 hours ahead of checking in time. Had to call Hotels.com and get them to contact property manager for details. Then got sent to an apartment that was already occupied. Following day had to request towels and extra toilet paper. Nothing was delivered. Emailed them again that evening. "I decided to book a room at the Sheraton on a whim while visiting Costa Rica and loved everything about the stay, Minus there aren’t many English channels on the television but I had gadgets to keep me busy so that wasn’t a problem. I booked a room with Club Lounge Access so breakfast everyday was freshly prepared. The Italian upstairs was gorgeous with a pool in the middle. The casino downstairs was a plus and their food too was amazing. Overall, I would recommend the Sheraton for a high-end stay in San Jose Costa Rica"

"Hotel is very clean. Staff was very helpful. Food was good but wish there were more options other than pork. It was too cold to try the pool but it was very clean! I will definitely return to this hotel. Nothing bad to report at all. We did premium and half board for definitely worth it. They have free wine in premium as well. "
