“We needed a late checkout, and the attendant at the desk was able to accommodate as quickly. Thank you.”

“We have stayed his multiple times and when I am in Morristown I automatically check if this hotel has openings for the dates I will travel. Very welcoming, accommodating, and always with a smile. Housekeeping exhibits professionalism and a true desire to make sure the guests have what they need. They are not intrusive at all. Great breakfast as usual. Love those little blueberry lemon scones. I look forward to those every visit. Great job everyone!”

“Refrigerator wasn’t working, lamp beside of bed had a short, possibly mold on east wall and ceiling due to water leak from gutter.”

“What a great hidden gem of a place to stay. Loved the antique furniture and the classy design. The location was so close to great restaurants that I walked to dinner then breakfast.”

“The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. The lobby was very clean. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and coffee were very good with lots of options.”

“Parking is easy. Since 2021, whenever I visit the Knoxville area, I stay at the Jefferson Inn. I get in late, so I rarely eat the breakfast before I leave the next morning. It's quiet. The TV works fine. Bathroom is good. Staff is helpful. One time, I accidentally left my driver's license at the motel. They soon mailed it back to me. I will continue to stay there.”

“Staff wasn’t very Friendly plus they put us way out back otherwise it was fine”

“Hallways smells like cigarettes. My None smoking room had cigarette burns in the bed spreads. Carpet was really nasty. I feel like Hotels.com change the Hotel somewhere during the checkout process. I was looking at a different place all through the process. When I looked at the Itinerary the Day Of. It was too late to cancel. I'm done with you.”

“holes kicked in walls. outlet covers missing. dirty bedding. missing light bulbs.”
