"Clean room, good breakfast, quiet . The bed was comfy but exceptionally tall. The bed height may be a problem for elderly or short people. Im 5ft 7 and it was waist level. The shower was good."

"Excellent experience with staff. Clean room, good size plush towels not those itty bitty thin towels you’d expect from a hotel with this pricing. The water pressure was great and stayed consistent on temperature. We also work late nights so the fact that they let us stay an hour past check out to get a little more rest without charge was so much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area. "

"Parking is easy, the ac did not cool off the room enough, I set it at 69 and by morning it was at 71 or 72. But the room is great, spacious. Housekeeping did not come every day so our trash was overfilling. The indoor pool was decent, but there was never any towels. The towels they have are also very small, they're hair/face towels. I brought my petite 6 year old and those towels don't even wrap around her, went to go ask for more towels and they seemed hesitant. Stingy with their towel use, which I can understand, HOWEVER, again they're small towels not full sized for any human being over the age of 5. Breakfast staff was friendly, housekeepers were friendly and even front desk was friendly. My only complaint is the lack of towels & small towels"

"1.Honest when I say there was no elevator 2. Charged me a $30 per day non refundable pet fee and then tried charging me double for a washing machine pod after I had already been quoted the cost by another employee which was the only employee we had the entire week stay who was kind courteous and went out of his way to accommodate us unlike all theother employee in this hotel who was the only employee with wonderful customer service skills and went above and beyond but unfortunately not one other employee in the hotel was kind nor r tried to explain the highfeewhen they don't even offer those they decide to put upspairs. This is shady business practice when it shows no care in the woeld over over a full week were friendly and did not go out of there way to "
