"Very clean"

"There is no lobby. It's kept closed off from guests, but the desk person can see & be seen sitting behind the counter looking at you through the door & windows. There's a tiny night window through which he conducts his day & night time guest interactions. Extremely unwelcoming. The room was clean enough altho there was a dead waterbug in the bathroom. Dead's good, right? There were 3 wall lamps, but the bulbs were removed from 2 of them... There was a nightstand on one side of the bed with 2 of the 3 lamps above it, but no table or light on the other side, which was only a foot or so from the wall. Amenities? A drained pool with nasty green water standing in it and a laundry room seemed to be the amenities. The property was quiet and the staff pleasant, but we definitely won't stay here again."

"Everything was excellent, except for some limit on breakfast selection, and the person who was supposed to be replenishing was not being attentive. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioned, and a nice fresh smell to the property. The dining area was really comfortable and pretty. There was an extra bathroom on the first floor for gas that was always clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful. The pool area was very clean and the pool water was nice and clear but water was a little too cold. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area."

"We will never stay here again. We arrived for a late check in on Friday evening and was NEVER informed before or during check in that the elevator was out. We are 70+ years old and our room was on the 3rd floor. The buffet was subpar at best with only one apple available. This was 8:30 am and the buffet ran until 10. The 2nd day, people were waiting for the staff to cook eggs/sausage. On the evening of the 2nd night, a fellow guest was seen vacuuming the 3rd floor hallway. She told my wife that she found a vacuum and couldn't stand the dirt. I found blood droplets on my top blanket and tossed it to the floor."

"OH MY!! first thing the smell of weed and just broke down all the way around! Walk in the room and boom not 1 but 2 big bugs crawling around the carpet, next to all the cigarettes ashes and the bed that looked so sloppy, like someone jumped on it then just threw the blanket on the bed. I walked in took pictures and walked out. I was denied a refund by the trap house keeper and indeed!!"

"I had an accessible room - four grab bars in the tub and the adjustable hand-held shower head was fabulous! The room was quite large, had lots of lamps and outlets and cell phone plug-ins. The OJ at breakfast was delicious - not watered down like most hotel free breakfasts. Will definitely stay there again. Kathy Berman"
