"Room carpet was filthy and VERY obviously not vacuumed and actually hallway carpet was in the same condition. Trash from several rooms was out in the hallway. Dead roach in bathtub; towels were stained. Bathroom door was broken No coffee pot in room. The door to the room did not meet the sill and had at least a one inch gap from top to bottom. The advertised “continental breakfast” was basically non- existent. Posted sign said from 5-9. When I arrived at 6 there was basically nothing...

"I called to verify their pool was open and they said yes. When we arrived the pool was closed and had dirt. I told them I asked for a redund and they said I would stil get charged 1 days worth so I decided to stay but the main reqson for renting the room was so that my family could use the pool. The pictures online were not at all how the hotel was. Thw elevator made serious noises and I was cery disappointed at the false advertising."
