โVery convenient hotel close to DUS airport but not as expensive as hotels by the airport. Staff attention was great and room very cosy. Very beautiful neighborhood with beautiful (and some historical) houses. I wish I could stay longer to relax and enjoy but I was in transit...โ
โI liked the spacious room here. It had most distance between twin beds that I ever had before in my hotel experience.
But I was not satisfied with toilet. Because design of bath tub and toilet, I could not sit on the toilet straight. I had to put both my legs to other way. I checked other rooms we had and only our room had this issue. โ

โ5 stars because for the price I got what I wanted (shower was clean with great temperature and solid water pressure, bed was clean), which, again, was all I was concerned with
You can nitpick issues with the rooms if you really want to, but you're not looking at renting a room here because you want the best of the best, right? You just want something cheaper that you can stay in for a night or two, and this fulfilled that role nicely.โ
"This is 6th visit here.
I like this hotel as it's very clean and comfortable.
But,this time I was disappointed.
The sink and bath were clogged, so, I left message, but, there was no response at all.
So, it was really inconvenient.
Also, when I checked out, the invoice was wrong, but, there was no apology and I needed to wait for around 30 minutes.
I hope it will be improved next time. "
