“This property is truly lovely. The rooms are spacious, large and fresh. Our room I thought when I saw the picture with the bunk beds will be simple but it was elegant. The property lies slightly out of town behind a nice electronic gate that opens up into a nice driveway and garden with a pool and an amazing view of a rock faced mountain. The building has be refurbished, yes with Ikea, but it is tasteful done. The breakfast was simple, scrambled eggs with sauteed mushrooms, pastries,...

“Street parking was better than covered parking offered. Mattress and bedding needed replacing with new. Room and bathroom were clean. No one was at the property to greet us. However, they communicated by email promptly. Fabiola, our host, was delightful. Her breakfast was wonderful.”

“Wonderful place way off the beaten track, run by a very friendly, helpful and forthcoming couple. The house and its decoration is old and rustique but that does NOT mean it's poorly maintained, it's just old. Best breakfast ever, with a stunning view over lake Como. Driving up there is not for the fainthearted, and parking can be tricky if you're driving anything bigger than a Fiat 500, but - again! - the helpful hosts will solve that for you.”

“The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ferry dock and walking distance to the main street. Stefano our host was super nice and attentive! We had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to everyone!”

“We really enjoyed this stay. The location is great for everything Como offers and it's a great location for train day trips if you are staying longer. Air conditioning was good, and a view from the Juliet balcony.”

“I was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car). So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key. After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key. This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door. Further more room TV is located more than 2m high. The host never say "I am sorry !"”
