“Clean and well cared for; high end finishes; small but adorable with beautiful views from upstairs bedroom. Good communication with owners. ”

“The room was clear, and very nice and responsive staff. I was a little bit confused about breakfast because the message from them said no breakfast would be provided due to the MA guidelines (no further explanationon what the guidelines are), but i overheard that they said something about breakfast to other customers. Other than this, overall a great place to stay.”

“The location, parking, and staff were nice. We were a few minutes late to check in due to some traffic, and after some communication, they stayed the extra time to give us our room key. Great coffee and breakfast place across the street. A few downsides were the bugs in the windows inside the screens so we couldn’t open window/doors for fresh air, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. It was a good place on a budget and for a one night stay in the off-season.”

“Charming historic building with modern room interiors and amenities, high quality linens/towels, and an easy walk to BSO, Northeastern University, and shopping.”

“Good location”

“In a very convenient location. Not far from the train station. Walking dust to the beach. Room was very clean and comfortable.”

“Good”

“I like being able to live comfortably without being disturbed by others.”

“Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. ”

“GOOD CHOICE!!!!!

“Did not appreciate the paper thin walls as we heard the neighbours most of the night. The rest was fantastic but will not stay there again”

“We had a few issues in the apartment But it was fixed once I brought it to their attention”

“Checkin in instructions were clear. Arrived and entered the room and was immediately disappointed. To the point I wanted to leave but I was trapped in the “no refund” clause. The room looked nothing like the beautiful photo. It had its share of wall patches and wall not patched. The rug was filthy. What I believe was the communal shower was next to my room and it was noisy all hours of the night with drunks coming in and out, being loud, in and out of the restroom. This was not a hotel room is...

“I Loved the room, it was clean and well maintained. It had everything I needed for my 4 night stay. Definitely coming back.”
