“We booked 2 twin rooms through expedia and when we arrived we were told that only one room was booked Two of us had to get a single room at an extra cost of just under 30 euros each I spoke to the manager the next morning and he is blaming expedia and told me i must ring them to get a refund I feel like i have been fobbed off”

“Very happy with my stay at Campanile Amiens - Glisy. The staff are very friendly and the hotel was very clean and tidy. It’s an older hotel but they’ve refreshed it where possible and the biggest thing was how clean it was. It’s great value and in a good location. Parking right outside too and some restaurant’s and fast food nearby”

“Parking was really safe, weird hours for reception opening and closing and it was a little tricky to get in once the reception is closed. Good for a journey south as a quick stop over. Halls smelt of damp but the rooms were clean and nice. No option for a evening meal and bar service closed at 8pm, but some nice options in walking distance. I would bring essentials e.g snacks and drinks with you.”

“The family that runs this hotel are the kindness people. They are the new owners and have done everything they can to provide the hotel with a fresh start. They were attentive, friendly, provided superior customer service and delightful. We were so lucky to have stumbled upon this place. ”

“J’ai réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel via Hotels.com en pensant qu’il s’agissait du B&B Amiens. J’ai réalisé moins de 5 minutes après la réservation qu’il s’agissait en réalité d’un hôtel situé à Longueau — un nom clairement trompeur. J’ai immédiatement contacté le service client d’Hotels.com, qui était prêt à procéder à l’annulation et au remboursement si l’hôtel donnait son accord. De façon assez incompréhensible, l’hôtel a refusé d’annuler, alors qu’il venait d’être contacté juste après...

“Parking is free, clean rooms. Location is very convenient because it’s near several restaurants & supermarket. But they don’t provide hairdryer & small kettle. The bed was comfortable but the only thing not good is the bunk bed. They need to put a rubber on the corner side as it’s very dangerous me & my friend both bumped our heads & the edge is a bit pointy. They have to address this issue.”
