"Clean room, good bed, good shower "

"Upon arrival the only EV charger available was broken. Greeted by pleasant staff, unfortunately no WiFi was available and no food as it was a Sunday the receptionist mentioned she could warm a pizza. Room was small but functional, no English speaking channels available on tv. The hotel has had a refurb in the last year and has made vast improvements to the rooms however a big bug bear of mine was hairs were in the shower tray ."

"Good stay, we arrived very late though and the key machine wouldn’t work as we had paid via hotels.com and wouldn’t release the keys until we had paid the local tourist tax (it didn’t tell us this, just didn’t release the keys). Fortunately the site on call lady was brilliant but really should be automatic and not rely on us waking up the on call person at 1am"

"The hotel is set in an idyllic and beautiful location, nestled near the top of a small village surrounded by vineyards. All the staff I spoke to were local, clearly very proud of the area, and exceptionally helpful and considerate throughout our stay. The décor is fresh and contemporary while still retaining an old-world charm. "Great check-in, lovely staff and clean tidy rooms. BUT. A major issue. I took my things to the car just before breakfast and got locked out. There was no mention of the doors being inaccessible out of hours made at check-in. And no warning on the door itself (I'd assumed there would be a card reader or access for residents)"
