"I recently stayed at a charming, family-owned hotel near the center of St. Germain en Laye. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely garden view. "A horrible experience. We arrived at the location which turned out to be an apartment building that required a fob at 10 am and attempted to reach the property. This was problematic because I am a person with disabilities and mobility issues. The option to message the property was unavailable through the Expedia app and the number to the property Rang several times without an answer. We contacted customer support while standing in the rain and they attempted to call the property several times...

In fact, the continental breakfast is far better than any of the 5-star hotels I have stayed in all over Europe. The room is as good as any 4-star hotels. "Régis and Marie could not have made us more welcome, what a great couple. Everything was top notch and the breakfast was outstanding. We travelled into Paris daily, the train station is about seven minutes walk, the service is regular and runs until after midnight. We definitely recommend this lovely property, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done to a very high standard. We hope to return in the future, thank you for a great visit."

Quiet in rooms but got a bit hot and couldn’t figure out how to regulate the heating so just opened doors onto the balcony which helped but opening them meant lots of noise from street traffic. Generally was clean and very cosy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location absolutely great for getting into Paris by metro. I’d recommend. "
