Excellent staff, Level lounge for some guests was wonderful. Shopping close by. Only a few minutes from our concert venue (Plenitude Arena) where we saw Celine Dion. Views of the Eiffel Tower. Loved it!
The property is well maintained and the staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast is really good and theu have a view of the effiel tower from the dining area.
Location is close to the metro but far from all the places that you probably want to see in the city. There isn’t much happening around the hotel. It’s good for a 4-star hotel but not a fantastic deal! Check-in process was very slow. Breakfast tho was really good.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The panoramic view from my room overlooking the Eiffel Tower was absolutely stunning, and enjoying breakfast with the Eiffel Tower in view made each morning even more special.
The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and many famous landmarks. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the metro, making it simple to travel around the city.
Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel. I give it a 5-star rating.
Great location for La Défense. Room was spacious & nicely decorated-lovely toiletries in bathroom. The check-in was very slow as was checkout-would definitely advise doing check in on line. Food was good quality
The hotel location was outside of Paris but it was steps away from the Metro station which made it super easy to get around Paris. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was great in person but every time we tried to call the front desk from our room, no one answered the phone. It was annoying because we would have to physically go downstairs to talk to them. That is our biggest complaint otherwise the stay there was wonderful.
We booked the executive room with view of the Eiffel Tower. So- great view! I had coffee by the window looking over Paris. Exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t sure about the lounge access as others said it was crowded. It was really nice. We did not go up to floor 1 for the buffet. Breakfast was also served in the lounge. A good amount of choices. The snacks were also nice. As well as the tapas were enough to eat if you didn’t plan on dinner later. Always nice to have a glass of wine, beer or soda anytime. The metro is steps away and very easy to navigate.
Hotel seems recently renovated and is beautiful. From lobby to our room, all interior design is spot on. Very fresh and well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
A very nice area. A lot of dining options close by. Walking distance to Westfield Les 4Temps Mall (a 15 minute walk to shopping and more dining options).
This location is perfect for families and lone travelers. Westfield mall is a quick walk away and the metro is right out side the hotel. The rooms are wonderful and spacious with views of the Eiffel Tower. I will definitely stay here again.
Great hotel, but not located in central Paris. Ubers and taxis had a hard time finding the address. The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there. One night there was no cold water and all the water was scalding hot. Apparently this affected every guest when we checked out and questioned it they acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about, which was a little strange. The club level was nice and we enjoyed it one day. I had half a Coke left and tried to walk out with it and the lady stopped me and said the stuff in there was only for guest to enjoy while in the room, I asked her if she would rather me throw it away and take it outside and she told me yes I just told her I’m taking an outside. Staff should watch how they talk to guest.
