"My only complaint about the property was the elevators not working properly. It was about 30 minutes wait for the elevator to get to the floor of the room. This is the only negative experience. My last day I had to go down the elevator with two luggages. Riu needs to find a better way for the elevators to work."

"We loved our stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta and will definitely be back. The property is beautiful, and the beach is much nicer than any other beach we’ve visited in Puerto Vallarta. Our ocean-view room had a balcony with an incredible sweeping view of the water. The staff were sweet and helpful, and the well-equipped gym also had a gorgeous ocean view. The all-inclusive food was just okay, but overall we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back."
