What could have been a stressful and chaotic situation was handled with exceptional care and professionalism, all thanks to the hotel’s access to a resident doctor. It’s not something you usually think about when booking a hotel, but having medical support on-site turned out to be absolutely critical for us. The doctor arrived quickly, assessed my son’s condition with calm expertise, and provided the necessary first aid before recommending further steps. The staff were incredibly supportive throughout, helping us stay calm and ensuring we had everything we needed. Beyond that, the hotel itself was wonderful—comfortable rooms, attentive service, and great amenities. But what truly sets it apart is its commitment to guest well-being. I can't express how grateful we are for the medical support during such a stressful moment. It’s rare to find a hotel that goes above and beyond in this way. "We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our spacious room. This hotel has several great restaurants and the buffet had lots options. The beach is private and I felt very safe staying at the Hyatt Ziva. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the SPA services and I was so impressed with the amenities and the staff. Will definitely go back to this hotel again. "

"I didnt find the difference between vip and regular stancy. The room was kind of damage like the room doors knobs were damage and the toilet sometimes didt acumulate water and sometimes didnt flush. On the pool i saw i sings that said only for adults but the bar was was onthe kids are i think this was incorrect. But other than that it was great. "
