I stayed a week in this hotel and had a wonderful experience. I arrived in cdmx injured and the staff went out of their way not just to accommodate me but to make me feel extremely comfortable. The room was kept very clean and was extremely spacious. The hotel itself has beautiful architecture, it feels like something out of an 80’s film! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It's close to everything , located on a great location , the issue for me was that there was no AC , TV buttons were not working and there was no remote , no hangers to hang your clothes in closet and the bed was super hard .... didn't really mind must of it , just bc i was there just to sleep.

The hotel is located in a bad area, the hotel looks dark inside looked like it was out of business. The bedrooms bed are terrible, super hard including the pillow. No ac or heater and a very thin blanket it was very cold. My wife and I had no rest! Would like to add that it’s very noisy outside and could hear in our room and the room states there’s hair blow dryers but it’s only available upon availability and you must leave a deposit and it’s only like one for the whole hotel. We had to leave our already paid hotel stay and book elsewhere.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone... the beds are hard and uncomfortable, they are too hot there are no Ac units in any. I asked for a fan they didn't have enough you have to leave your name on a list and wait til 1 becomes available with a deposit, so if you stay you dont know when it will be. I stayed 5 days and not 1 was available it was ridiculous. The TV doesnt have a handheld remote but 1 on the wall that looks like an outlet that doesnt even work. To get a remote you have to leave a deposit or your ID that the day shifters didn't even mention so the night shift clerk she was the 1 that told me to leave the ID. She was the only helpful 1. Very kind and hard working while the men just stood around looking clueless. Aside from that I do appreciate her help.
