I loved everything about this hotel. It was cozy, private, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was the nicest and kindest, most considerate people ever. The area felt safe and easy to access other areas. I highly recommend Levora and cannot wait to go back!
They told me the hotel was only four months old, but already the air conditioning didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. They never fixed my AC. It was an uncomfortable night. Shower setup was strange with a huge 4 foot deep bench with disproportionately tiny standing shower space. It was extremely loud from street noise and interior noise from within the hotel. Other than that, the rest was fine. The towels were plush and clean.
Wow what a gem! This is a newer boutique hotel, but they are doing a wonderful job! Our room was very clean and well stocked. I absolutely loved the plush robes and the slippers! The finishes in the room are beautiful and they really set the mood to decompress after a long day of travel. Everything looks very high end.
We were celebrating our 5th year anniversary, and the staff left us the sweetest note and a small gift. Overall, the staff went above and beyond.
The breakfast in the morning was minimal, but it was enough to start your day. There was yogurt, fruits, and various pastries. I looked forward to it every morning.
We mostly interacted with Berenice, and she was super sweet and helpful.
We would definitely stay at Casa Levora again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gorgeous relaxing stay.
From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes after the 3:00 PM check-in time. The property looked nothing like the pictures: dirty walls, neglected patio areas, and an overall appearance of an abandoned house.
The shower had drainage problems, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain, and the room had no heating. I spent the entire night wearing extra clothes because of the cold.
Even worse, the sliding patio door would not lock, making me feel unsafe. People outside sounded as though they were inside my room, and loud scraping noises from hallway doors repeatedly woke me up.
I booked two nights but checked out after just one because I couldn’t sleep or feel comfortable. The front desk promised someone would contact me about a possible refund, but nobody did.
At this point, the refund is not my concern. Travelers deserve a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to rest not an experience that feels like a horror movie. This was one of my worst stays, and I absolutely do not recommend this property.
