Staff was friendly always help us with our needs. Help us with directions and suggestions with places to visit. Room was clean everyday and left us with clean towels. The hotel is very close to a lot of places such as Bellas Artes, Zocalo and many stores, restaurants and local artesanal shops.

The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. The staff was very nice and polite!! A/C worked wonderful. They offer breakfast and dinner, but we did not take part in it because we were gone early and ate at the many taquerias in the area. Overall a great place to stay.

It is in the best location to walk to the Zócalo, Templo Mayor, the Cathedral, restaurants you name it! The room is tiny, but it has a big bed. The set up is neat! The front desk was so professional, kind and helpful!!!! We will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately there was a strike in the area, and streets were blocked, and it was very inconvenient to be in that area. The hotels should send a warning message in the future about these incidents, so we can reaccommodate with time. Other than that, hotel is nice and staff very helpful and pleasant.
