Very clean rooms. Rooms are fairly small for family of 4. The location is perfect for walking to many tourist areas in the historic center but tons of traffic to get out of the area by vehicle that makes getting to other tourist attractions quite painful.

This hotels location is walking distance to El Zocalo, and Palacio de Bellas Artes. Very conveniently located in the middle of restaurants and shopping. Felt safe and was easy to call an Uber right down the street for pick ups. Staff was very welcoming. Lobby was beautiful with a balcony view. Rooms were nice and cleaned daily and smelled pleasant. As for our view, I wish I would have looked more into this, our rooms windows were frosted glass and the reason for that is most likely was because our view was a brick wall make sure to request a view of the street if you’d like a nice view. We had cleaned towels daily but they were really old and had holes in them also extra hand towels would be nice. My main complaint Is that there was mold and dust in the restroom shower window.
