I missed my flight and had to stay in CDMX so it's very affordable, Templo mayor museam and ruins are 5 minutes away from hotel! The staff were great! They got me a taxi from the hotel to the airport that was also affordable and safe! Definitely helped with my situation!

i recommend this place, the area is relatively safe, and walkable to el zocalo, La torre Latino America and bellas arts. easy to check in and out and front desk was very friendly and helpful too. They are there round the clock so safety is priority, the hotel is nice and cozy , I recommend to stay on the top floor, you won’t hear the outside noise. Hotel Templo Mayor will be my recommendation for anyone who wants to stay in Mexico City. Uber is about to pick you up and drop you off easily, and it’s Not too gentrified

Really great view, lovely hotel and staff. However have cash at hand because if you need hair dryer or clothing iron or anything else they will ask you to deposit $200 pesos each item.

The hotel is like a 2 star. I must say it's clean and the staff is super helpful and nice, but boy oh boy the area is terrible and sketchy, in the mornings it's mega crowded with people and noise from the nearby commerce; at night is full with garbage, homeless people and not very walkable, specially if you are foreign. Additionally trying to move from there in an Uber is virtually impossible, you have to walk toward Santo Domingo or somewhere else because Ubers just won't enter the are because of the incredibly heavy traffic. Yes, the hotel is cheap and honestly is not bad if you want to spend one night and have no other options but other than that I'd stay away. I also think the publicity in their page and Expedia is not representative of what it really is.

Our flight arrived at 7;00 AM , check in time was at 3:00pm. They were so kind to let us check in early. Took a nap and started our day at noon. Staff was very friendly, we had a leak in our room and they helped with what they could! We would book again. There is no AC!

We had an 18 hour stop off in Mexico City on our way home from Huatulco and wanted somewhere that wasn't too far from the airport but in a walkable area. We were happy with our choice of hotel. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a very walkable area but wasn't too noisy in the room. The shower was a good temperature and pressure. The room is basic but was all we needed. The rooftop terrace was lovely and we enjoyed sitting up there with some delicious pastries!
