I really wanted to rate higher as I did think it was great for the value. However the rooms restroom had a foul odor throughout my stay I addressed it with front desk they didn’t seem to care. It was a beautiful venue. Pool did not seem heated or it was too early to feel it (8:30am but opened at 7am). Couch in room had a stain, was worried I’d be charged so I took a pic. The staff was not as friendly as I’m used to from Mexico, seemed more aloof than attentive, at any given time of day.

I really liked this area because of the hospitality mainly, the area nearby many restaurants, shopping and transportation. There’s even a pool on the top floor that wasn’t used much plus a weight room. I definitely would return.

One of the rooms was reserved for my mother and sister but it began to smell like human discard. The smell got worse with the humidity the room was filled with. The receptionist was quick to change us into a new room but this new room did not have a control to the AC. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. My room was great except for the water coming out of the shower. Overall great experience done by their staff.

Overall, a decent hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, when my AC wasn’t working, they moved me to a new room and offered a late checkout. One thing to note: there are no (open) bars on the property, as advertised, and the commercial area downstairs can get quite loud. One of the venues hosts all-day techno day parties, which can be disruptive, though that’s not the hotel’s fault. Still, considering the location and service, it’s a solid option for the area.

The hotel, in the pictures, is not what it seems. We arrived very tired and they gave us a very dirty room that didn't have a mini-fridge or a hairdryer. My husband took a shower and the water leaked out onto the floor. We complained and they gave us another room. The other room was much better, but! The location is actually good and the Napoles neighborhood is very quiet, but the hotel isn't one of the best. It lacks a lot in terms of cleanliness and customer service. It's not one of the worst, but it's not one of the best either.

Fantastic location and overall a great property with a number of amenities, restaurants, and shops in or directly connected to the hotel. Only minor downside was that it could get loud at times during the night, but never enough to significantly disrupt the stay.
