Is not a hotel, rent of small apartment, clean, well equipped, no air conditioning, not well trained person at reception, no laundry facilities. Good location.
This place was absolutely amazing. I recommend for solo travelers. Very very safe neighborhood and awesome food options.

Good location hotel should at least remove garbage from rooms and every two days supply clean towels. Staff very courteous and hotel is clean. Great location as it is close to great restaurants, shopping etc.
The staff was very polite and extremely helpful!
The location is great as well, the only downside would be the rooms get cold at night and they don’t have a central heater. So if that’s a concern might not be the best option but absolutely great stay otherwise!
This place was fantastic.
It is close to everything needed our 1st time In MEX. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The staff was friendly and helpful. It gets loud at night, but earplugs would solve that. Next time we go, we will go and dance.
Great clean and safe place.
Don’t forget to goto the top deck to enjoy the sights, relax and try out the grill.
Ideal space to spend a couple of nights close to main attractions, shops, coffee shops, restaurants and transportation. The room is extremely small and it was not adequate to fit two persons comfortably. Great location thought.
The property is completely new!!! Well equipped rooms and all furniture and accessories are new!!!
Great location! Walking distance to Reforma and Zona Rosa.
They gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine and a couple of promo termos, very much appreciated!!!
A good place and it is perfect for staying purpose
Just is necessary to be clear that is not a traditional Hotel. There are apartments so you will not see a reception or front desk as you may expect. If you are comfortable with that you will enjoy it. For me was an excellent choice
First time in Mexico City and didn’t know what to expect. The moment I entered my room it felt so cozy and quiet. The hotel is located at a perfect spot near restaurants and convenience stores. Everything in a walking distance. Receptionists always greeting with a positive attitude. Will be recommending this hotel to friends and family!! Also, whenever I go back to Mexico City I will be booking this hotel once again!!
Overall a good stay. I felt safe traveling alone and liked the locked front door and staff at the front desk 24/7. I liked the convenience of the gym and coffee shop downstairs. Really cool rooftop deck! My room was tiny but I appreciated the fridge and kitchenette even though I didn’t use it. Negatives: the bed and pillows were too firm for me and the WiFi was literally only in my room, not even in the gym or the deck. No A/C, which would be tough in the summer but I traveled in March and it was ok.
Great location and affordable. There are many nearby dining, shopping and night life options at various prices. The rooftop space has nice furniture, murals, and great views. The bed was firm and comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen in the room and laundry facilities available even though we didn’t use them.
The refrigerator didn’t work but we didn’t let the staff know so we didn’t give them a chance to fix it. We had temporary problems with hot water, but they were working on fixing it during our stay.
There’s a lot of city noise around the clock; there’s construction, cars, people, sirens, etc. We were used to it, so it was not a problem for us.
The property was clean, and the staff was fine. This is not a regular hotel, it’s more of an apartment building with staff.

Be ready to get no sleep because of noise, randomly run out of hot water, and getting stuck inside an old and dark elevator. They’re building a restaurant and construction noise starts as early as 8AM weekdays AND weekends. Front desk lady told me “yeah, they start early bc they finish early”; I understand normal noise bc of construction, but I don’t understand not waiting until at least 9 to use heavy equipment and the problem is that Windows have no insulation so you can hear EVERYTHING and you can feel cold air coming through windows. No soap in bathroom to wash hands. Had to ask for extra sheets and pillows for sofa bed because they were none at the unit. No housekeeping services (you can pay extra) and rooms were super dusty.
First off I’ll say there is no AC. Not surprising being that it’s México but just a heads up for others, there is a Fan and AC really isn’t needed at least not in October as it is pretty cold outside. (Written by a Texan) the property is a little hidden so there was a little confusion. The front desk greater had no hospitality, she didn’t understand what we were asking and my husband is fluent in Spanish one time she told us “I’m not from around here” lol. We didn’t have toilet paper in our room we had to ask, never got fresh clean towels in our four day stay. The elevator broke having us climb to the 6 th floor after a night out.
There is a roof Terrance which is nice and not listed. The property is new and clean. It is so loud at night I had to put the fan on high to drown out the commotion, the tv is at the foot of the bed handing from the ceiling and I knocked the crap out of my own head.
