Absolutely stunning property! Clean and modern, worth it’s price. The area is beautiful right across Independence Park and nice restaurants. There’s a nearby Wingstop and City Market for your convenience. Only downside was the entrance was hard to locate at first, but overall highly recommend this place and the staff were absolutely kind!

Before I express my dissatisfaction and disappointment, I have to say the people I dealt with were are cordial and nice. Nothing to do with them. Despite the suite was ok in terms of size, design and location, our experience with this rental was dreadful. I recommend you do not rent here. Here are my reasons: - View was magnificent, but windows very dirty - No clothes hangers, had to request - Floors were dusty and with hairs - Bathroom decent, but toilet seat lose and of cheap plastic, single roll of toilet paper, insufficient soap, smelly towels-had to request additional ones,no countertop space - Kitchenette had no coffee maker, toaster, minimum cleaning products (sponge, dish soap), cheap-insufficient-disparaging utensils, incomplete and disparaging dishes, glasses, cups - Bed hard and pillows, dreadful - Missing a night stand, only one in the room - There is a desk, but no chair - Safety box was brought in after request, but left unsecured on top of coffee table, and it could not even be opened - Suite is not even part of the tower, but in the basement/garage level… gross - Morning noise due to some king of motor running nearby, unclear where sound came from - Rental was pretty expensive for what it is and was cash in advance with no refunds, so had to endure all these conditions for the week we were in CDMX. The pictures in the ad do not reflect reality, and the reviews of 4.2 is dubious. Never at 3-star level as depicted. Not recommended!

First and foremost, finding the place and Address deserves a Trophy! I never had any interaction with the staff. Was extremely difficult to contact them. Seem they dont give a fly! To be pendant of their guest. No clean up!! You have to clean yourself i guess. Area 10 of 10. If you have a car, you pay extra with 50% off but it adds up to your total stay anyway. I cannot talk about the staff, because I never met them, lol. I will not stay there again

La estancia estuvo muy bien justo lo que esperábamos, lugar limpio, ordenado, cerca de lugares de interés. Faltó un poco de comunicación para el checking ya que seguí las indicaciones y no contestaban al instante, eso entorpeció un poco al inicio ya que queríamos descansar; el lugar con algunos olores no deseados, el internet de muy mala recepción; espero se puedan arreglar, Todo lo demás excelente.. si regreso nuevamente

El hotel es bueno. Y los cuartos de muy buen tamaño y bastante limpios La vista al estacionamiento de enfrente deja mucho que desar Pero para mí lo peor es que no tienen personal fijo en la recepción. Es la segunda vez que voy y otra vez tuve que esperar más de 15 min para que llegara alguien. Aunque avise 10 min antes que estaba por llegar Si solucionan esto el lugar esbueno No sé si me tocó un vecino ruidoso o si estaban realizando trabajos a las 10:30 PM ya que se escuchaba como si estuvieran trabajando

La habitación tenía excelentes expectativas Peor al llegar a la propiedad , ingresar es muy confuso , no me dejaron hacer check hasta las 3 y mis maletas la tuve que dejar en recepción donde no había nadie , y cuando ingresé la habitación nada que ver con las fotos que se publicitan , el cuarto no tenía nada de vista ; te pones otras habitaciones menos la que realmente es La zona muy buena peor prefiero mil veces un hotel , limpieza atención mejor vista y precio está muy similar a un buen hotel con mejores servicios

El anfitrión fue muy amable y flexible. La propiedad fue cómoda y me gustó mucho la ubicación. El único punto de mejora es la limpieza de los pisos los cuales tenían mucho polvo acumulado. Dejando este último punto fuera definitivamente volvería a reservar aquí.
