The room was clean & very spacious. Staff were great The supplies were a bit lacking. Had a coffee maker but couldn’t supply filters & no kettle. The beds were great but the couches were old & hard to get out of. Otherwise was a good value for money

The hotel was centrally located which i loved; but when calling the hotel no one ever answered. After 5p there is only one security guard available which wasnt able to answer or help with simple requests

In general it was fine, only that when we arrived and asked for access to the parking lot the girl who attended us responded sharply saying that there was none, when in the publication says FREE PARKING. After that we were conditioned not to take the car out arguing that it was locked. The rooms are spacious, clean but if you bring your car be prepared to deal with their comments.

Overall awful place to stay at - the only good thing about this was location (right next to the Angel Of Independence) other then that it was bad thing after bad thing. ZERO communication from property prior to checking in (I sent multiple messages) room was dirty when we arrived (random hairs on the floor - bed sheets had pee stains on them) room was CLEARLY not cleaned prior to our arrival. Coffee machine yet NO coffee. TV remote yet the Netflix button didn’t work. Shower was designed in such a dumb way that every time you take a shower the ENTIRE floor in the bathroom gets SOAKED! Mold/Rot in the bathroom (due to the obvious water getting everywhere) both couches has who knows what kind of stains. If you are contemplating staying at this hotel, I will do you a huge favor and say please just spend the $20 extra and go to an actual good hotel.

The suites were located very conveniently. Check-in and -out was easy and without complications. The room was clean on first sight, but after a closer look to the bed, unfortunately we encountered a lot of stains. The receptionist was so kind to give us a fresh set of sheets, but again, stains. The receptionist made the effort to find a stainless pillowcase, but same result - stains. I think it is time to buy new sheets, for the comfort of your guests. Thank you

Room needs to be updated. Cleaning was not done for a long period of time, dust and debri accumulated on floor and furniture. Elevator moves extremely slow. Floor by window in living room of penthouse is severely damaged huge risk of fall.

Worst experience in CDMX ever

Not the best place to stay in Mexico city To start they tried to cancel my reservation some hrs before my arrival saying that my reservation was not granted due some non sense rules that they never explained. The staff is rude and not friendly and they have a very bad attitude towards the customer. Around the same arwa are at leats 20 similar location where tou can stay. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very nice area and rooms, but very poor amenities, even the towels were not in good conditions, we needed to request extra towels because didn’t put enough. The room TV didn’t work. The suite was very nice and pretty but the amenities were not as good as the expected.

What a dump!

Dumpy apartment. Old sofa covers on old sofa in need of repair or tossing in the trash. Dirty microwave, old towels, dirty curtains, lumpy pillows, very cold at night, connection for smart tv not working. Very poor maid service. The only good thind was the location. Ive stayed in much better places for less money. Think twice before booking at this very bad apartment.
