"Overall, the hotel was beautiful. The people are nice but I’m having a hard time getting back my $150 deposit it’s been going on almost 3 weeks and they tell you you get it back within 2 to 5 business days and I’m going on 21 days."

"Nice property with great breakfast. Food was delicious and fresh. Service staff very attentive anywhere from restaurant , bar to pool area. Only down side pool was overcrowded with people and kids. I could count at least 50 kids at the pool alone daily so desire to get in was not there. If you are planning to stay and trying to get away and have relaxing time, this may not be the place for you due to amount of families and kids"

"Pros: Everything looked amazing - it’sa very modern and stylist hotel. We went to the restaurant downstairs; the food was delicious. Delvis, a staff member, was also very kind and extremely helpful. Cons: The water had A LOT of Sargassum, so we didn’t go swimming. You should head to South beach, as there was hardly any there."
