"My birthday stay at Nobu was honestly phenomenal. The hotel, atmosphere, service, and overall experience made my celebration feel special from start to finish. The staff for the most part were welcoming, attentive, and helped create an unforgettable stay.
That said, I do want to share one disappointing experience. While at the rooftop pool, I was approached by an employee named Tim and repeatedly questioned about whether I belonged there despite me wearing a wristband and showing proof that I was a guest. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable, singled out, and honestly profiled in a way that took away from an otherwise amazing birthday experience.
I still enjoyed my stay overall and think the property itself is beautiful, but I hope management takes guest interactions more seriously so no one else leaves feeling the way I did in that moment."
