"The staff was super friendly from the start. I was being able to check in at noon and they even personally walked us to the correct elevator that led to our room. I got the room with the terrace which was super cute, to have your own little terrace to lay out and tan during the day or relax with a drink during sunset. The room had everything needed minus a microwave which I wish it did. Room service is available and the food was really good, dinner time in the courtyard was quite popular especially on the weekends where they had an DJ and entertainment. They also had a pool party on weekends so do expect it to be loud and festive. It’s a block from beaches, restaurants, and the all LGBTQ+ establishments/beach. Definitely my new favorite spot in south beach"
