Only book it if you are ready to sacrifice anything for beach front view! The property does not even looks close to posted images! It says two bed rooms, door of which is removed! Total two twin and two queen beds (temporary beds made of steel, the foldables you can buy for 50 bucks). Mirror was all dirty, 2nd fllor shower was broken (which they thankfully fixed after a day of followup)! Not enough supplies for bath! Not enough space to sleep! Just a terrible experience, except the fact that it faced the beach.

This was the worst place I have ever had to stay at. The room was very dirty and just all around terrible. I called the manager to come and look to get a refund and all they wanted to do was send the house keeper. I waited almost 2 hours and they never showed up. Than I gave them authorization to go into the room and they never did. I requested to be switched to another room and they refused. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I have pictures and videos to prove how bad this place was. For the price they are charging in my opinion is not worth it. we had to leave and go to another motel. they refused to do anything. I would give this place no stars if they was an option. The only good thing was the valet guys. They were very helpful.

POOL IS CLOSED! staff isnt helpful, Check in took forever. Valet parking is all they offer and it takes a while unless you tip them big or be prepared to wait. Its not trust worthy!! They brought me the wrong car once and didnt check to see if i was the actual owner. The AC in the apt was very noisy! Could not sleep with it on. PROS:We got a city view which was nice, beach access is convenient. kitchenett came in handy with the basics

The staff were all very kind and helpful. Bowo who cleaned our room was amazing and Staff dinning room and windjammer we amazing. The food was delicious and they accommodated my gluten intolerance with amazing gluten-free food. It would have been easier if there was a list of gluten free breads, English muffin or pancakes some where.

HI. I had a good experience overall. The valet parking staff was very polite but the people working at the front desk of the building hardly ever smile or are nice, it was kinda weird.

Pool is closed, poor communication, don’t ever ask anything to the staff if you don’t want ruin your stays. Uncomfortable room, and useless laundry room, overall I just wasted $2k in this miserable place.
