Nice location. 5 minute walk to the beach. 2minutes from CVS, 7 minutes from the Palace Bar. 20 minutes from the airport. Nice walkway entrance, secure building code used. Will stay there again.

The place was a good location in south beach! The bathroom door would trap the person inside when it would swing inside. The hot water in the shower was hard to operate. The bed sheets had a funny smell to them. One day there was yelling at 4 o’clock in the morning in the hallways.

Do not stay here. When I tell you the floor was soooo dirty like they hadn’t mopped in ages. My feet were black. The flooring is tile and super cold. LITERALLY SPILLED WATER AND WIPED IT UP WITH A WHITE TOWEL AND IT WAS SO BLACK FROM THE FLOOR. IT IS NOT KEPT UP CLEANING WISE.

There was a lot of miscommunication and confusion when checking in. Our rooms was really separated even though I booked it all under one name. Rooms was not ready by check in & not clean throughly. Most of the rooms the A/C did not work properly only 1 out of 4 rooms that the A/C was actually cold. The rooms was not ready until after 5p. Expect slow and long service when staying but the location was great though!

Rooms very clean but small no room service no elevator had to carry big luggage’s to the 3rd floor no towels. Had to go under stairs to retrieve our own towels. Or had to go to the store to purchase towels.

Good location, but not much else going for it
The property was in a good location. It was clean, but a little scruffy and in need of a lick of paint - there were several scuff marks on the walls. There was a kitchen in the suite, with dishwasher and coffee maker, but no plates, cups or glasses and only three knives, two teaspoons and a can opener. The smoke alarm was disconnected and had been thrown in a kitchen cupboard. There was a hefty additional 'cleaning fee' demanded on check-in which I think was excessive.

The property is good to stay for 1 or 2 nights. In my case, I went 12 nights. To begin with, upon arrival there was nothing inside the apartment, no kitchen utensils, no plates, no glasses or cups. I had to ask for them, and they gave them to me incompletely. As for cleaning, the apartment was not prepared to be inhabited for so many days, since it did not have basic cleaning elements. I asked for a broom 5 times and they didn't give it to me, so you can imagine how I was the last day. There were also no rags, much less any cleaning products. I had to ask repeatedly to change my sheets and towels, since my stay was twelve days, and they did not want to change them since ''the service was not included''. Finally, they left them for me when I was away. I really wouldn't recommend anyone to go for more than 1 or 2 nights.
