"The room itself was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino itself was extremely smoky and the only non smoking area was small and not easily accessible. Will still stay here again if there is a show or something other than gambling for us"

"Arrived too early. Had to wait until 3p. Never received a call that the room was ready however someone else was checked in before me smh. My room stank had to sleep with my windows open for two nights. The parking was great, though I did not park in the garage I still got charged. We did feel safe in the facility and around the area. My last night the Asian lady at the front was rude snatching my key cards and slamming it on the desk. Breakfast was great. Edna was great!"

"The staff at our night time check in could not have been better. Really appreciated their efficiency and kindness. The room was close to a back door so we were able to access it easily due to our disability in walking. Room was clean, bed comfortable and we could adjust the temp! Breakfast was ok…everything one could need. Fresh pastries would be a nice addition. We would stay here again."
