"Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, clean well stocked breakfast area. Shuttle service was great, on time and quick ride to airport. I would have liked to have used the pool as it looked good but it was full of noisy teenagers and it was later at night so I didn't. Overall, great hotel especially for the money, would be a return guest for sure."

"Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted due to an injury I sustained while entering the airport shuttle. The seatbelt latch appeared to be defective and exposed sharp metal, which caused a cut to the middle of my left hand. Since the incident, I have been experiencing substantial discomfort, including pain, numbness, and difficulty with flexibility in my hand and wrist area. I was extremely uncomfortable throughout the night due to the severity of the pain and irritation following the injury. I intend to seek medical attention once I arrive at my final destination. I wanted to formally bring this matter to your attention, as guest safety should remain a top priority and I believe this defect poses a risk to others as well."
