The lad that looks after the place was amazing , very friendly and very very helpful. Nothing was a problem . I asd him for a tele and he brought me 55 inch smart television with full working netflix. The rooms are very comfy. Quite and warm. Very good value for money.

We stayed at the hotel for a football game at Riverside Stadium. Very easy to get to the ground. It's 2 miles away & £5 for a taxi, which is good. The hotel itself looks nice & inside it's decent. The room was decent for a 'get your head down' job. However, the area around it is very run down. I wouldn't feel safe walking around there at night. That's why we used taxi's. Overall, it's ok, use taxi's & excellent price.

There was an electrical issue and the hotel had to close. Nobody informed me, so I turned up, found out and had to find somewhere else at the very last minute.

Brand new apartments in quiet location

Brand new apartments with a friendly welcome. Very spacey and comfortable apartment in good location to reach the North Yorkshire Moors. The kitchen lacked every day cookery equipment (pots, plates, knifes) if you plan to do your own cooking but I put this down to the apartments being brand new and hopefully they will fully equipped next time. Quiet location.

Cheap

You can’t expect much for the price. Each apartment has 2 rooms so you are only sharing the bathroom & shower with 1 other couple. The room was empty but for the bed and bathroom needed cleaning in areas. Ample free parking outside.

Friendly welcome. The most seemless check-in ever! Excellent service - my suitcase was carried up to my room. Room was spotless - which is important to me. Had the basic necessities and no frills. The whole building is very clean. Kitchen area was again very clean, with all utensils and kitchen equipment available. I mentioned that the washing up liquid had finished and the manager saw to it that it was replaced. Very warm and genuinely asking how my stay was and gave transport advice upon leaving - saving me money on my journey back home. Lovely views from my room too. Would stay again.

The property was basic. Was a converted flat, where each bedroom was a 'room'. The rooms were very small with no space or a dressing table. Or bedside table. Wouldn't stay again. There were no fire extinguishers at the property and one exit. The location isn't the best, the area felt unsafe.

Worst experience

There was chewing gum on the wall bath room was dirty toilet was yellow inside, left over food in the fridge bin was full bedding was smelling I couldn’t stay day for two night I had to cut my trip short spiders on wall with their webs dusty. I wouldn’t recommend this appartement cause u share it with different people and not clean based in a bad area too

How can you give someone a room with chewing gum stuck on the wall
I know the apartment was cheap but make it comfortable for people who are paying their money, this is how the made their bed and it wasn’t even clean
Look at the wall very dirty I have so much pictures and videos but since their too big it not allowing me to post it all

Couldn't be in a rougher area Shared apartment kitchen had multiple empty vodka bottles in it, bathroom was disgusting and the host agreed a time to check me in then went out and old me to leave all my stuff (including car keys) on the bed in the unlocked room and she'd sort it later. As waiting for her would have made me miss the event Id stayed over to go to I asked for a refund which she agreed to give. Three weeks later and still no refund

Was okay for one night, refurbished and clean. For a longer stay I would have liked a wardrobe or at least hooks to hang clothes up. Also, a bin in the bathroom, a mirror in the bedroom, and not to have to ask for a towel for each person. Check in requires a cash deposit, had to go to the cash machine. Parking is on the street at the side of the building.

Found this only avail die to short notice due to a passing of a family memeber and every whrre was booked out for thr nite. Looks nice from outside. However inside is not as. They need ALOT of work! Dinning table is very small and couch had a heavy smell to it The mattresses where ok not as good other apartments iv stsyed in before. There was not any clear information in the room for anything at all ie if u need room service ordering extra towels wifienis very bad and very very slow.

Good budget accommodation

I was pleased with the stay and pleasantly surprised. Lovely service for the lady who lived in. Place was roomy and friendly. When I arrived it looked a bit of a dogdy area but parked under the apartments CCTV and car was under a camper on reception all day/night. We had no issues. We had room 5. Single room had comfy pine bed was small no mirror Other room Had double and single all Comfy and clean white linen Dark corridor but if using multiple apartments nice stylish meeting area and sofas on the landing. Lovely kitchen lots of thing. Although we only used the fridge and kettle Small sofa not for sleeping on :-) Was impressed for the money x nothing fancy :-)

The apartment and building is anything but “luxury”. It was clean, tidy and offered good value for money. The biggest down side was not having a key to the front door of the building. We ended up being locked out for around 15 minutes before being let in.
