"Always a shock in NY as areas are congested & rooms are small. Hallways & elevators are super small but remember it’s NY. Off the street the first thing is a narrow area with a super competent Bell Hop & are instructed check in is on 2nd floor Another small congested area but again, friendly competent staff. Ate dinner at a Mexican place across the street which was fabulous!! "

"Airport shut all is great. Facility is four star as expected. Restaurant is great considering it doesn't have to be since there's not much else Local. But all in all a very solid four star business class Hotel quite reasonably priced. I use the hotel for a Brooklyn/Manhattan trip because I was getting in real late at night and leaving early in the morning and so my first and last nights were at the Newark airport Hilton. It was a perfect choice."

"At the property all went fine. The shuttle driver from the airport was arrogant. He did not come to the curb —- did not exit the shuttle to ask if there were any passengers—and just drove away without me!!!- later claiming that it is the obligation of the rider to flag him down. A different shuttle driver back to the airport was very nice. "

"This was an absolute gem! Safe and the staff were super helpful and kind. I had to check in super late, and the staff were so accommodating. The only downside is the slow elevator, but everything else was excellent! Thank you"

"Clean room, nice water view from the room, location is close to Battery Park and ferry to the Statue of Liberty. Also near Fulton where restaurants and bakeshops are located. Also walking distance to the Seaboard and subway station."

"We stayed one night during a layover and everything was fine except the reception wasn’t too much in a hurry at checking people in and the restaurant food was ok but the service was absolutely terrible. It took 30min to place an order and the server seemed extremely frustrated to be there and asked for our order from 10’ away with a head nod and a half finger point."
